One of the main areas most bible readers skip over are the begats of the bible. There does not seam to be any Why or What to these entries in the bible. So my first question is "Have you been guilty of this travesty?" My second question is "Do you think that if the genealogy of Christ is important enough to be in the gospel of Luke and of Matt that it means it is important in the rest of the bible?" I mean it was BIG TIME important in those days according to the instructions give by Paul to Titus 3:9 "But avoid foolish controversies, genealogies, dissensions, and quarrels about the law, for they are unprofitable and worthless."
